9.1 Once payment has been made, we begin processing your booking immediately. Except as required under Australian Consumer Law, all amounts paid on or via the Services are non-refundable, subject to this section.

9.2 In circumstances where a refund is not automatically available under Australian Consumer Law, we may agree to provide a refund at our discretion if a booking is cancelled after payment has been made.

9.3 If a booking is cancelled after payment has been made and a refund is granted in these circumstances, we will deduct from the refunded amount:

- an administrative fee of $55, plus $22 for each document in your booking, to cover the time and resources involved in processing your booking to date; and
- any other costs we have incurred in connection with your booking.

9.4 Other costs incurred may include, but are not limited to:

- DFAT fees;
- Notary fees;
- postage and courier costs; and
- ASIC fees.

9.5 To ensure prompt delivery of your completed documents, we begin preparing your shipment as soon as payment has been made. If a booking is cancelled after payment has been made, the following non-refundable shipment preparation fees apply, where applicable:

- Preparation of International Delivery ($11);
- Preparation of Shipment to Swift ($11); and
- Preparation of Shipment from Swift ($11).

Any postage or courier costs already incurred in connection with your booking are also non-refundable.

9.6 Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
